Wild Horse Reward Fund set up With the Swan Beach wild horse shooting in late December 2005, the Corolla Wild Horse Fund is continuing a reward fund to lead to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) involved with the shootings. The original fund was established in November 2001 after several wild horses and a mule were shot in the Carova Beach area. The fund's current balance is $8,576. Anyone wishing to add to the reward fund can make a deposit into the CWHF Reward Fund at any Bank of Currituck location. In addition, funds may be mailed directly to the Corolla Wild Horse Fund. Please label all donations "Reward Fund" and mail to: Corolla Wild Horse Fund Inc. P.O. Box 361 Corolla, NC 27927 If anyone has information that may help in these investigations, please contact the Currituck County Sheriff's Department at 252-453-8204. |
